I often attend customers’ homes to service ducted air conditioning systems and find that the previous technicians haven’t been up in the roof cavity during a maintenance procedure. A thorough service involves accessing the roof cavity and checking the ductwork, indoor coil and clearing out the drain line. If the drain line is blocked it will cause ceiling damage and if the indoor coil is dirty it will cause loss of airflow and reduced performance. I have also found ducts that have not been secured properly and have separated from fittings leaking air into the roof cavity; who wants an air conditioned roof cavity?

Older units have both compressor and fan motor capacitors which regularly wear out. Worn out capacitors will affect the duty and fan speed of motors and also be the cause of at the least, excess power consumption, fan motor or compressor failure. These are some of the many things I check during a preventative maintenance.

Many companies will see an old air conditioning system and tell you it can’t be repaired and quote you on replacing the system, when in fact there may only be minor repairs required.

Some of us may not be able to afford a new system, even if the current system is old. I can provide you with a quote for both repairs and in some instances full replacement of your air conditioning system if required. Some companies will tell you that it can’t be repaired because it contains the ‘old gas’. This is not always necessarily the case and may in fact be an outright lie.

Stewart Was a really nice Man and honest and respond really quickly and really reliable he came out yesterday to have a look at my air and it turned out my air-conditioner was staffed so organise to get a new one put in he was meant to come to put it tomorrow to put it in but not long after he yesterday he rang me back and said he could put it in today so he did and he done a really great job putting my new air conditioner for me today I really recommend getting him out to have a look at your air-conditioner if you ever have any problems with it AAA job really happy 😀
